• Some of the field values from EC are not populating in Offboarding
• Some of the fields values from Offboarding are not written back to EC

Per our configuration, we have only few fields that are allowed for mapping. If fields outside of this portlet is mapped then the value will not flow cross.

To offboard a candidate, fields supported by On/Offboarding from EC are:

1. Compensation Information
2. Job Information
3. Personal Information
4. Employment Information
5. Job Relations Information
6. Person Information
7. Email Information
8. Phone Information
9. Home Address

For Write back from Offboarding to EC, fields supported by EC are:

1. Personal Information
2. Email Information
3. Phone Information
4. Home address

Important: For writeback from offboarding, we are using EC API which expects all the mandatory fields to be passed for an entity.

For Example : In Personal information you have 3 Mandatory field in EC and you have mapped only 2 field's then writeback will not work. Also, avoid scenarios where the Offboarding field is mapped to more than one Employee central for offboarding process, this may cause issues in the data flow from EC to Offboarding. (eg. you have the DeptCode mapped to Job Information > Location, Job Information > Chargeable Location and at same time, mapped to offboarding process)

Map all the mandatory fields for a given entity under Mapping tool for writeback to work.
