2280857 - Pipeline status name not showing label text to specific user

Issue: For a specific user, few status names are shown as the original name instead of their internal label

For example: 2 Stauses are created with the names "review_1" and "review_2" in the backend and internally labeled as "Screening" and "Manager Review". However, for a particular user, instead of showing the internal label, system is showing the Original name of the statuses. See below:

No instance language selected for the affected user

1. Select an instance language.
   
2. Once the language is selected, affected user can see the internal label of the statuses.
