2281174 - Importing PRD report error - Exception occurred while trying to read report design

When you try to run a report you see the below error:

Please report the following error to your system administrator: <error number displayed to admin>

You will need to get the full error log, to do that navigate to Go to System Admin -> Configuration -> System Configuration -> LMS_Admin -> search for "reportStackTraceToUser" and make it true. Then once again click on the report or run the report wherever you get the error.

If you see the below error messages within the stack trace, then please proceed with the troubleshooting and resolution provided ahead.
