2281183 - BAPI_PO_CHANGE/MEMASSPO changes not replicated to SRM SAP ERP & SAP S/4 HANA

Symptom

In ECC, you manualy change the Delivery Completed or the Final Invoice indicators of an SRM POs using BAPI_PO_CHANGE or MEMASSPO.
These changes are not replicated to PO statistic flags in SRM System (Final Delivery, Final Invoice)
