2281201 - Request reason is not visible to the User

Symptom

Go to LMS User > Search catalog for an item > Request a schedule 

Note that there is no option for Reason:

Environment

SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions

Resolution

  1. Login to LMS admin > Items > Search for the item > More > Request Reasons
  2. Add the request reason accordingly:

Once added then the reason will appear for the user
