2281212 - Gap Graph not showing in Career Worksheet v12

Gap graph does not show under Career Worksheet v12, even though it has been correctly configured in Career Worksheet XML.

SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Plan

1. Go to Development > Career Worksheet;
2. The competencies are available, but the Competency rating and Gap graph are not showing:

 

This may be caused due to a misconfiguration of the rating scale in the Career Worksheet XML.

To correct this configuration issue, it is necessary to match the rating scale ID in the Career Worksheet XML with the rating scale used in the Competency Assessment Form.

For example, if the name of the rating scale is "Performance Rating", the Career Worksheet template must have this same scale configured, as shown in the code below:

To complete tasks in Provisioning, contact your Implementation Partner. If you are no longer working with an Implementation Partner, contact SAP Cloud Support, by opening an case under component LOD-SF-CDP-TPM.

Once the Career Worksheet template is updated with the correct rating scale, Competency rating and Gap graph will show correctly in Career Worksheet:

NOTE: The Gap Graph also may not show if the user has not been rated on the competency or behavior. The Gap Graph will only be displayed when the associated forms/competency appraisals are completed and ratings from "in-process" forms will also not be considered in Career Worksheet.
