2281754 - Analytics: The report filters (Team View | HR Reports | Matrix Reports | Detailed Reporting Rights) are not available within my Spreadsheet reports

Symptom

When viewing the spreadsheet reports, I’m not able to see the additional filters: Team View | HR Reports | Matrix Reports | Detailed Reporting Rights. How are these filters controlled?

Reproducing the Issue

Home-->Analytics-->Reporting-->Spreadsheet Reports-->360 Overall Rating, Detailed Ratings and Comments Report

Cause

  • If the logged in user is a Manager for any Employee, then the Team view option will be displayed
  • If the logged in user is an HR Manager for any Employee, then the HR Reports option will be displayed
  • If the logged in user is a Matrix Manager for any Employee, then the Matrix Reports option will be displayed
  • If the logged in user has Detail report permissions, then the Detailed Reporting Rights option will be displayed

Resolution

Ensure that logged in user has the appropriate hierarchical and reporting permissions
