Symptom

  • Background sending cannot be enabled in the AgentryEditor Plugin SMP 3.0 SDK SP10
  • The Agentry editor's Transmit step's option to "Initiate asynchronous transmit only" is grayed out
  • When adding a transmit step within an action, the background sending checkbox is always disabled, even after selecting a Transmit Configuration that supports background sending
