SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
An attribute (e.g. Job Code) appears in its table in Detailed Reporting showing only its internal code, which does not match the one shown in Employee Central. A separate "...(Label)" field provides the code's description, but there is no field for the external (user-facing) code.

Cause
Most object tables only include the internal code for each attribute. This then links to a separate table to retrieve further information, e.g. labels and external codes. Each value requires a separate auto-join between the two tables, and there may only be one in place by default.
Resolution
Raise a support case to ask for the missing codes to be made available. Product Support will create an additional auto-join to generate an extra field containing the codes.
