2282382 - Learning plan email notifications are blank for curricula with only requirements

In learning plan notifications for curricula without items, only requirements are sending out notifications without learning plan assignment information.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Assign a curriculum to a user that has requirements only (without items) >
2. The user receives a notification >
3. The notification does not contain the curriculum or requirement information.

The required syntax tags are not included in the notification template.

Edit the APM_STUDENT_LEARNING_PLAN_NOTIFICATION template and add the following syntax tags:

• <REQT_DESCRIPTION_ADDED/> 
• <REQT_QUAL_ID_ADDED/> 
• <REQT_TYPE_DESCR_ADDED/>
• <REQT_DUE_DATE_ADDED/> 

NOTE:

• Curriculum Title is not an available syntax tag for the learning plan notification (ApmStudentLearningPlanNotification).
