Symptom

How can we restore the deleted Adhoc Reports from our Successfactors instance?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Cause

Customer knowingly or accidentally deleted any Adhoc Report and wants to retrieve it.

Resolution

Successfactors has introduced a feature where you can restore your deleted Adhoc Reports.

  1. Go to Admin Center -> Search for Restore Deleted Reports from Tool Search.

  1. It will list down all the Adhoc reports which were deleted from the instance.
  2. Select the report you want to restore and Click Make Active.

  1. The report will get restored in the Current Owner's instance
