2282978 - Error MEPO003 stops undeleting PO item in ME22N - SAP ERP & SAP S/4 HANA

Symptom

When trying to undelete the Purchase Order item in T-code ME22N, error MEPO003 is issued because the Invoice Receipt indicator is not checked.
The same error is not issued when using T-code ME22.
