2283417 - "The item [Item Title' - 'Item ID] could not be found in any library that you have access to" validation error

Upon a user launching a course from the Learning Plan, a validation error is shown that reads:

• "The item [Item Title' - 'Item ID] could not be found in any library that you have access to".

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

The user self-assigned the item via the library but the item was removed from the library that the user has access to later before the user could complete it.

Based off particular business needs, these are the three options:

• As an administrator, manually remove the item from the user's assigned items.
• Add the item back to the library which the user has access to.
• Make the item inactive if it's no longer a used item.
