2283801 - Compensation Planning Report is not showing Data in the Canvas ( Detaled Reporting )

Symptom

You are creating a compensation Report in Online Report Designer (ORD) the result is not showing Data (Empty)

Environment

  • SuccessFactors HCM Core
  • Canvas Detailed REporting (ORD)

Reproducing the Issue

  • Login the instance
  • Report Centre
  • New Canvas
  • Select the Compensation planning table desired
  • Drag and drop Table or Fields onto the Canvas
  • No data display ( Empty )

Cause

The People Scope is not selected to determine the target population

Resolution

  • Report Centre > New Canvas > Select Detailed Reporting
  • Select the Compensation planning table desired
  • Drag and drop EC User (User ID) onto the canvas
  • Go to Edit
  • Select People Scope
  • People
  • Others Filters > ok
  • Then Drag and Drop Table or fields as desired
  • The report is populated with data
  • issue solved
