Symptom

  • Login through EPM addin error, SAP EPM - General error: "Could not log you one. Please make sure your logon information is correct."
  • Server message:
    FWB 00008 - Enterprise authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your logon information is correct. (FWB 00008)
  • When we trying to synchronize the model builder to CMS - error
    "SSO login failed. You may now try to login manually."
