2283979 - "Use Editor Content When Sending Email Notification" checkbox not functioning in the messages tab of the Notification Template

Admin is unable to use the Editor content when sending Notification from the editor

There is no option to check or uncheck the box at the template level because the option is grayed out.

1. Navigate to System Administration > Manage Email > Email Notification Templates >
2. Search any Notification Template and click to edit it >
3. Click on the Messages tab >
4. The option to "Use Editor Content When Sending Email Notification" is grayed out and we cannot check or uncheck this option as in the screenshot below:

There is a global level setting for this under the Global Variables section in Configuration.

If this option is unchecked, we cannot control the checkbox at the template level.

The resolution for this will be to enable the option "Use Editor Content When Sending Email Notification" as per steps below:

1. Go to Learning Administration > System Administration > Configuration > Global Application Settings >
2. Check the option  "Use Editor Content When Sending Email Notification"
3. Click Apply Changes

Once this option is checked at the global level, we will be able to control that checkbox at the notification template level.
