2283995 - Learning Activities Tab in Career Development Planning

A tab called “Learning Activities” is shown inside the Career Development Planning application in SuccessFactors.

SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development

This tab will appear when “Transcript” is enabled on the backend of the instance but the Learning Integration is not. The “Transcript” option should only be enabled if Learning Integration is active as well, so the content of this tab is not supported for CDP installations.

There are two possible scenarios within CDP configuration:

1. The instance is integrated to an LMS system, so both “Transcript” and “Enable SuccessFactors Learning integration” options are enabled in Provisioning;
2. The instance does not have the integration with CDP set up, so “Transcript” must be disabled. 

If this tab is currently appearing for your instance, please open a Support case with Product Support so this may be corrected by the Support Team.
