In Workforce Planning, a user can be added to a forecast by:
Select forecast > Edit > Edit Users > Add Users
Currently, if a user logs in through SuccessFactors application to access WFP, there is no ability to Add Users other than the logged in user.
Reproducing the Issue
Log into SuccessFactors > Analytics > Analytics > Workforce Planning > Select forecast > Edit > Edit Users > Search for users
Result: search only returns the logged in user
Cause
This problem is due to recent changes which increased BizX – WFA role integration.
Resolution
Log in directly to the WFA application at https://analyticsX.successfactors.com/Production/ as a user in the organization, then carry out normal functions in the Add User screen.
Please note: The chosen user needs to have WFP administrator permissions set.
