2284081 - Administrator is unable to create new instructor

Administrator is unable to create new instructor in Learning Administration.

1. Log in into Learning Administration as an administrator >
2. Go to Preferences >
3. Viewable Security Domains >
4. Click Edit >

5. Add any existing domain into Viewable Security Domains >
6. Go to People >
7. Go to Instructors >
8. Click 'Add New' to add new instructor >
9. Fill all mandatory fields >
10. Administrator will not be able to select any role for new instructor. So he will not be able to create new instructor and will get following error:

Viewable domain restricts administrator to view any entity which is stored outside the domain added in the list of Viewable Security Domains.

If instructor roles are present in other domains, administrator will not be able to view it due to which he cannot create new instructor without selecting any roles.

1. Log in as administrator in Learning Administration as affected administrator >
2. Go to Preferences >
3. Viewable Security Domains >
4. Click Edit >
5. Remove all domains from Viewable Security Domains list and save changes >

6. Go to People >
7. Instructors >
8. Click 'Add New' >
9. Administrator will be able to see roles available to select for creation of new instructor >
