2284634 - Job Description Header and Footer not appearing in Job Posting (Non-UDM) - Recruiting Marketing

Job Description Header and Footer field values are missing, and only the Job Description field content appears in the RMK career site.

1. Navigate to the RMK career site.
2. Search for the posted job.
3. Notice that the header and footer have not come through to the RMK website.

• The Job Description field between RCM and RMK is mapped without Header and Footer.
• The Job Description Header and Footer fields are not populated on the Job Requisition page in RCM.

Ensure that the Job Description Header and Footer fields are populated for the Job Requisition.

To review RCM-RMK field mappings, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Setup Recruiting Marketing Job Field Mapping.
2. Select the appropriate Job Requisition Template.
3. On the Job Description RMK field, select "Full External Job Description (Header, Description and Footer)" instead of "External Job Description".
   On the Internal Job Description field (if enabled), select "Full Internal Job Description (Header, Description and Footer)" instead of "Internal Job Description".
4. Save the changes.

Note: After updating the field mappings, re-post the Job Requisition to sync the changes.
