Symptom

  • Error: The currently displayed page contains invalid values.
  • Error: The name <Connection Name> is already in use. Please enter another name.
  • When opening the Server Connections in Crystal Reports for Enterprise, it generates the error the connection is already in use.
  • Unable to add, modify, or test connections to the SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform in Crystal Reports for Enterprise, because the buttons are grayed out.
