2285035 - Offline Player License

Symptom

The customer would like to use the offline player but doesn't have the license in their LMS instances. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Learning Administration >
  2. System Administration > 
  3. Environment >
  4. Click on 'Licensed Modules' >
  5. Notice that the 'Plateau Offline Learning' license is missing.

Resolution

Please create a ticket with our Product Support team for the LOD-SF-LMS-SER component to have the license installed.
