2285042 - At the same time users cannot record results in QE71 transaction for an inspection lot (lock issue)

Symptom

More users would like to record results for the same inspection point parallel. In transaction QE71 following error message is triggered:

QE100 - 'The operation is already blocked by user &'. Same message is raised in transaction QE01, QE11 and QE51N.
