2285050 - Learning:Certificate of completion notification not listed in Email summary audit report

Symptom

  • Certificate of completion notification is not listed in Email Summary Audit report of Learning
  • Email Summary Audit report does not give correct results

 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Users > Tools > Record Learning Financial
  2. Record learn item for user
  3. At last step click on Email button to trigger "Certificate of Completion" notification to user
  4. Run Email Summary Audit report for the same user and notice Certificate of Completion emails are not listed

Resolution

This is the current system design that, the certificate of completion notification is not listed in Email Summary report because these notifications do not have a log in our database.
