2285138 - Defect record notification is closed during usage decision (NOCO)

When saving the usage decision of an inspection lot, the status of the related defect record notification is set to NOCO (I0072 - Notification completed).

Additional information:
"Once a defect record has been created, it is saved in the system as a quality notification." For more clarification read SAP Help about Defects Recording (QM-IM-RR-DEF).
