2285239 - BPC Events causing slowness in template response

Experiencing slowness when users are entering template data. The slowness has been traced to InitNewSession Method, and Build from Scan&ScanSheet method. These events seem to be triggered when users are entering data against non-base members. The slowness is tied directly to the size (number of cells) of the template. The template which has raised the issue spends 2.433 Seconds on the the BuildFromScan method.
