Photos uploaded through the 'Batch Upload Photo' job appear with reduced quality/resolution in the Employee Profile Header.

Cause
The process that adjusts the photo dimensions during the Batch Upload process currently causes the quality/resolution of the photos to be reduced. This becomes more apparent the bigger the dimensions of the original photo.
Resolution
It is possible to workaround this issue by adjusting the dimensions of the photos that will be uploaded to match the specifications of 180 px x 240 px before performing the upload. You can reduce the photo dimensions to either (1) width of 180px or (2) height of 240px before uploading it.
This way, the photo does not loose so much quality during the batch upload process – the loss of quality will not be noticeable in the instance.
