2285863 - WPF ClientText override does not work when modifying AG3_CHECK_USER_INFO_PWD

When attempting to change the text in login dialog box, one can modify a value in clienttext.ini (AG3_CHECK_USER_INFO_PWD=Your password) to set a password value.

On the WPF platform, and that platform only; no matter what one changes in the value, the information on the client still remains the same.  The text override in the ClientText.ini is disregarded.

Confirmed on SMP 3.0 Sp10PL08

Present on all previous versions of SMP 3.0.

AFFECTS WPF PLATFORM ONLY.  All other platforms function as designed

SAP Mobile Platform 3.0
