Symptom
When data is read from table TVARVC immediately after it is updated through transaction STVARVC or programs/jobs, it is sometimes observed that the read data still has the "old value". However, after a while, if the data is read again, the "new value" can be obtained.
For example, Job A updates one record of table TVARVC, and then subsequent Job B attempts to read the same record but only retrieves the "old record" before the update.
This issue only occurs when the "update" and "read" operations are performed on different application servers and within a short time interval.
