Symptom
Customer cannot see any data when viewing both the HTTP Status Dashboard and Real Time Dashboards in Boomi.
"There is no data available with the current filter setting for this gadget" - Is the message given in both Dashboards.
Resolution
The customer needs to have one of "Professional Plus, Enterprise and Enterprise Plus Editions" (help.boomi.com -> Event-Based Integration -> Services Enablement -> first line)
