2286227 - Approval Status Report - Filter Criteria Not Working

When using the Item or Class ID to filter the report, it returns all approval processes regardless of my selection.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Go to Learning Administration > Reports >
2. Search for the Approval Status (CSV) report >
3. Enter a filter, e.g., Item ID, Class ID, or External Learning Requests >
4. Run the report >
5. Notice that the report results are not filtered based on the submitted filter criteria.

The report is driven by the 'Request Type' checkboxes, which override the filter criteria. If you select a 'Request Type', the report will return all results for that request type, regardless of what is filled in the remaining filters.

This report does not work with the same logic as other LMS standard reports, where filters have an "AND" relationship, but rather an "OR" relationship.

Please uncheck all 'Request Type' checkboxes when filtering the report by specific criteria (e.g., Item ID). The report will then return approvals for the specified criteria.
