2286227 - Approval Status Report Returns More Approval Statuses Than Expected

When using the Item or Class ID to filter the report, it returns all approval processes regardless of my selection.

The report is driven by the 'Request Type' checkboxes that override the filter criteria. If you select a "Request Type" the report will return all results for this request type, no matter what you fill in the remaining filters.

This report doesn't work with the same logic as other LMS standard reports with an "AND" relationship between the filters, but with an "OR".

If you use the CSV report, filter by Class or Item and leave the "Request Type" blank> the report will return approval for the specific Class
