Symptom

When trying to create the column view of an InfoObject, an error message such as follows is displayed:

  • CL_RSMD_RS_BUILD_QUERY und Form ADD_TABLE_FIELD-02- BRAIN299
  • column store error: <?xml version="1.0" encoding=" 2048
    column store error: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
    Error 2.048 has occurred in the SAP HANA/BWA server
    Could not create logical index
    Creation of column view for <IOBJ_technical_name> failed
