2286471 - ST03(n) Retention period values cannot be changed after upgrade to NW 7.4 or higher

Symptom

After upgrading your Netweaver to release 7.4 or higher, it's no longer possible to change the workload retention period on below path:

ST03N > Collector and Performance DB > Performance Database > Workload Collector Database > Reorganization > Control

Once values are changed and saved, they switch back to the previous value.
