  • Information Design Tool(IDT) crash when using official Redshift ODBC driver from Amazon Web Services
  • Web Intelligence(Webi) document's prompt screen not pops up when using PostgreSQL ODBC driver to connect to Redshift database
  • PostgreSQL ODBC driver is recommended to connect to Redshift by Amazon Web Services
  • Webi and IDT can't connect to Amazon Redshift database if using Amazon ODBC driver or PostgreSQL ODBC
