2286753 - How to display the Opportunity Hierarchy in reports on data source Opportunity BTD Reference (CODOPPBTDB)

You are using data source Opportunity BTD Reference to report on opportunities including their hierarchies. This document explains how to display the hierarchies of opportunities using the data source preview, as there is no standard report.

 

1) In Business Analytics > View Design Data Sources > find Opportunity BTD Reference or CODOPPBTDB (technical ID)

2) Open the drop down box Not Currently Shown > add field Role of Reference Document to Columns --> You will now see the fields Child, Parent, Predecessor and Successor and the Key Figure Counter in the top column showing how many of each activity/document there are

3) If now for example you add Opportunity and Reference Type to rows you will see how many Phone Calls, E-Mails, Tickets, Appointments, Leads etc are related to each opportunity.
