2286815 - A field disappears from the Audit Trail for job requisitions in closed stage - Recruiting Management

Audit Trail for job requisitions is tracking changes in the approved and closed stage. Changes for a particular field are disappearing from the Audit Trail in the closed stage. For example: Audit trail tracks all changes to job postings in the approved stage, however when only job requisition is closed, the Audit Trail doesn't show changes in the job postings anymore.

The issue is caused by lacking permissions in the closed stage. The Audit Trail always shows changes to fields, to which a Recruiting Operator has at least read permissions in the current stage (approved / closed).

Please verify with SAP Product Support or a Partner, if relevant permissions are available in the closed stage. If necessary please contact a Partner or Professional Services to modify the permissions in the closed stage to reflect the audit for particular Recruiting Operators in the closed stage.
