• IQ Backup Solution in place. Connection Parameter String consists of BACKUP_REQUEST_EVENT=BACKUP_REQUEST
  Backups are getting triggered correctly.

• Backup and Recovery under DBACockpit gives error "SAPNLS [IQ Error SQL-1090:08004][Sybase IQ]Function 'substr' has invalid parameter '3' ('-1') "
