Symptom
- Notification completed in error
- Request to re-open notification
- Process to re-open notification is not available to admin/manager
Environment

Resolution
- If a notification has been completed in error, and you are not able to re-open
- Create a ticket in the SAP Support Portal
- Provide Candidates name, notification name that you wish to be re-opened
