2287029 - Re-open Notification - Onboarding

Symptom

  • Notification completed in error
  • Request to re-open notification
  • Process to re-open notification is not available to admin/manager

Environment

  • Onboarding

 

Resolution

  • If a notification has been completed in error, and you are not able to re-open
    • Create a ticket in the SAP Support Portal
    • Provide Candidates name, notification name that you wish to be re-opened
