2287358 - No return to transaction QE51N when calling by Menu / Environment / Inspection processing

Symptom

You call a transaction (e.g. QA03, QI03, QM01 etc. ) from QE51N by Menu / Environment / Inspection processing. Using button 'Back' (green arrow) the system goes to SAP Easy Access menu instead of returning to QE51N.
