2287424 - How the "Quantity" and "Hours" field in the Employee Times Working?

You are Time Administrator and would like to know, how the Quantity and Hours field works?

Case 1:

-> Enter Start Time and End Time
-> Release

-> Quantity field auto-calculate and display the value

Note:

This quantity is valuated with all the rules for the time type (example: breaks)

Case 2:

-> Enter Start Time and End Time
-> Release

-> Quantity field auto-calculate and display the value

-> Enter Hours
-> save / release

-> Value entered in the hours will be visible in Quantity field. overwritted. This will not validate the rules and the value entered in the hours should be less than or equal to difference b/w start and end time
