2287653 - Error: 'Report File Version Too Old', when attempting to open a report in Crystal Reports for Enterprise or Crystal Reports Viewer

• Unable to open some reports.
• Can't open older report in Crystal Reports for Enterprise or Crystal Reports Viewer.
• When attempting to open a report in Crystal Reports for Enterprise, or Crystal Reports Viewer, it displays the message:
     
  "Report File Version Too Old
   This report was saved from a version of Crystal Reports older than version 9 and cannot be viewed"
  
  "To fix problem please open and re-save the report from a version of the Crystal Reports designer application at least as recent as version 9"
