Symptom

  • Clear previous system error
  • Authorization error appearing from last user
  • Error message from previous user appears for new user accessing document
  • Trying to move status of release cycle (or other Charm/Focused Build document) and encountering error that should have been resolved yet error remains for all users on the document:
    • No BP is assigned to the user
    • User is not a business partner
