2288259 - Second user transmit uses existing connection created from first user.

Expected behavior: User 1 creates a notification and connects to SAP backend via SMP server.  A unique connection is made.  When the user has logged off, the connection is closed.  User 2 connects, opening up another unique connection for User 2's transmit. User 2 creates a notification.   The notification from User 1 is shown to be created by User 1.  The notification from User 2 is shown to be created by User 2.

Reported behavior: User 1 creates a notification and connects to SAP backend.  Instead of closing, User 1's connection remains open.  User 2 creates a notification and syncs within a couple of seconds of User 1.  User 2's transmit uses the still open connection used by User 1.   As a result, the notification created by User 2 is indicated as having been created by User 1.
