2288317 - Is it possible to deactivate currencies in Budgets? - Compensation Management

Instead of working with budget amounts, they are working with budgets in “increases of pay scale levels” (their whole employee population are paid according to pay scales): for each population, there is a certain number of “increases” budgeted, and the Compensation Planners distribute them to their population (e.g.: 1 increase is equivalent to 1 higher level in the pay scale, 2 increases to 2 higher levels in the pay scale, and so forth…).

Is it possible to achieve this functionality by deactivating budget currencies, or by any other way?
