2288467 - SUM ABAP : RUN_RADCUCNT_EHPALL failed due to missing tables

Symptom

Running an update with SUM SP14 or higher, in a CU&UC during phase RUN_RADCUCNT_EHPALL an error is coming at tables
which do not exist anymore and thus nametab cannot be created:

In this example:

1EEDO597 Table type "/BIC/WB0000004000": Row type "/BIC/B0000004000"
does
not exist. Nametab cannot be created.
1EEDO597 Table type "/BIC/WB0000003000": Row type "/BIC/B0000003000"
does
not exist. Nametab cannot be created.
1EEDO597 Table type "/BIC/WB0000002000": Row type "/BIC/B0000002000"
does
not exist. Nametab cannot be created.
