2288957 - PGP Encrypted Attachment Bulk Upload Fails

When trying to import a PGP encrypted file for the bulk attachment upload, the import fails with the following message:

“The import file has an invalid file. Please provide Zip file.”

This is due to the verification that the Live Profile Import executes to validate the file that is being imported, as the bulk attachment upload requires a ZIP file to be provided (PLT-40771).

To be able to import a PGP encrypted file for the bulk attachment upload, the file should be named with “.zip” at the end of the file, even if it is a PGP encrypted file. Therefore, after encrypting the file, you should change the extension from “.zip.pgp” to “.zip”.
