2289006 - Lock table overflow regarding transaction CWBQM or CEWB

Symptom

You use transaction CWBQM or CEWB to change some data regarding task lists, e.g. MICs (master inspection characteristics) in inspection plan operations or something in a routing. The following error message is displayed in syslog: 'Lock table overflowed', and/or in transaction SM12 you can see many lock entries. Because of these locks jobs might fail or users are logged off.
