2289089 - How to auto approve training requests via API or any other tool in LMS?

• Solution required to approve the pending training requests automatically after certain number of days.
• Large number of training request are accumulating for the admins and training are getting overdue for the users.

 The standard LMS system currently does not offer a feature, tool, or API that enables automatic approval of training requests or approvals.

However, there is an automatic process available called `Restart or Stop Approval Process`.

This automatic process stops approval processes associated with online items when the online item is removed from the user's learning plan. The Restart or Stop Approval Process automatic process sends out notifications when it finds and stops approval processes, like approval requests, that are associated with items that have been removed from a user's learning plan.

This APM will also re-initiate the approval process when an online item is reassigned to a user.
