2289089 - How to auto approve training requests via API or any other tool in LMS

Solution required to approve the pending training requests automatically after certain number of days.

Large number of training request are accumlating for the admins and training are getting overdue for the users.

SAP Success Factors Learning Management System

System does not contain feature,tool or  API way via which can achieve auto-approve the training requests or approvals.

However there is an APM - clean up approval process which will remove approval if it is no longer needed for an item, more specifically :

This automatic process stops approval processes associated with online items when the online item is removed from the user's learning plan. The clean up approval process automatic process sends out notifications when it finds and stops approval processes, like approval requests, that are associated with items that have been removed from a user's learning plan.

This APM will also re-initiate the approval process when when an online item is reassigned to a user.
