2289831 - Sign Date mismatch in I9 and the report - Onboarding

I see 2 different sign date for the same employee. For example, Employee sign date for Tom in the US I9 form is 12/02/2015 but when i run the report i see 12/15/2015 as the employee sign date. Why is this discrepency?

Onboarding

While processing the onboarding activity sign the Us I9 form on a particular date(12/02/2015) and then sign another form in a different day (12/15/2015). Signing different forms on different days is possible.

The key employeesigndate will hold the date when the last form was signed. So when a report is run, the last signed date will be reported whereas individual forms will have the correct sign date for that particular form.

Please make sure that all the forms are signed on a particular date. Check all the forms for that hire and get the last sign date. That date will be displayed in the report. To get the exact sign date for any particular form, then you can check it in audit trail.
