Symptom

  • You want to configure the synchronous communication channel according to solman_setup activity "Configure Synchronous Communication Channel" under System Preparation.
  • Or you need to manually create destination SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL on ST-PI 740 system for enabling new communication channel between SDCCN and SAP Backbone.

Please note, this is not valid for the setup and configuration of the asynchronous communication channel.
